Refund policy

We create every kit as you purchase from scratch it and can unfortunately not accept returns under any circumstances. If your kit is damaged, broken or missing pieces, please contact hello@laser.gg and we will happily make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

You may cancel or pause your monthly subscription box if you notify us by the 5th day of the month. If you contact us after the 5th of the month, we will be happy to cancel/pause it for the following month.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your Kit if there is any damage or missing pieces.
