Shipping policy
Kits purchased from our store are typically manufactured on demand and may not be available immediately. Please check the top bar announcement on the homepage for any shipping delays. We typically ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Monthly Kits are shipped between the 15th and 25th of the calendar month they are ordered on. All kits MUST be ordered no later than the 1st of the calendar month. Any kit ordered after the 1st of the month will be fulfilled in the following month.
Holidays and weekends may impact our shipping schedule as we don't ship on those days.
